An even simpler product in the BeyondETFs family is the BeyondETFs. The Basic version of BeyondETFs was introduced with v4 as a subscription choice, available in annual or monthly renewals. As the name might suggest, it is lesser functionality than the Pro.
It still retains, however the fundamentals of telling users what to buy, and then when to sell. There’s no Scorecard, no Sell, no Buy tabs. BeyondETFs users just tap the stock to indicate that they own it, which generates the black box around the stock symbol card.
When it’s time to sell, the BeyondETFs user will get a push notification (if user permission is granted) and the sell flag (the red card reminding the user to “Sell, then tap to remove.” A second push notification during the next trading day is sent but push notifications are a best efforts process, meaning that like email, it usually delivers, but there is no guarantee of performance.
So less functionality, less work to participate, yet the same information about what to buy and when to sell at a lower price than the BeyondETFs Pro product. As Sherlock Holmes might have said, “It’s basic, my dear Watson.”
