Video conferencing creates time. In a typical 560 mile business trip from Boston to Philadelphia, a business user needs to prepare for 7 hours of non-business activity to attend a 1-hour face-to-face meeting. OR, they could attend the 1-hour meeting as a video conference with a few minutes of travel time.
